Worldview Matters helps people understand how the Big Ideas of history affect human behavior and shape culture. Most importantly, Worldview Matters helps people engage their everyday lives with the Big Ideas of Scripture that a biblical worldview provides.
In the early 1980s, while pursuing graduate studies in Christian philosophy under Dr. Albert E. Greene, Jr., Christian Overman became aware of how worldviews determine values, how they influence behavior, and how they shape culture. After serving for seventeen years as a schoolteacher, Principal, and then Superintendent of a Christian school in Seattle, Washington, he and his wife, Kathy, founded Worldview Matters in the year 2000.
