We found an incredible source of recipe collections from Texan, Chef Cathy. Cathy was fortunate enough to inherit over 1,000,000 recipes from her family, dating back to the 1800's. Along with Cathy's own private collection of self-written recipes, and recipes she has purchased from Estate sales over the years, she took the time (3 years and 2 months to be exact) to sort the recipes, weed out the duplicates and sort them into categories (i.e., Pancakes, Omelets, Waffles, Cookies, Cakes, Cheesecakes, Poultry, Pasta, Seafood, Biscuits, Vegetarian, Diabetic and much, much more).
After this process was done, Cathy ended up with 2,088,044 recipes and she is now in the process of sorting the remainder of the recipes into categories for individual sales and also placing entire collection onto a CD when this project is done.
Best Recipe Source was able to obtain from Cathy the most popular collections (35 released to date, with many more coming in the near future) and offer them to you in a downloadable format. The collections of old family favorites handed down through generations are large, some recipe collections have as many as 2,500 recipes. You won't be disappointed.
