We are a wholesale and retail sportswear company founded by Ed Bernard in 1973. Our company is headquartered near Kalamazoo, Michigan, a college town located halfway between Detroit and Chicago. In the beginning we were a small retail jeans store near the Western Michigan University campus. However, that soon changed when Ed realized there was a demand for wholesale apparel, and Bermo Enterprises was born. Initially, the wholesale company operated out of the retail store basement.
