Berkshire Search and Consulting, Inc. is a contingency recruiting firm with extensive experience in locating, recruiting, interviewing and placing professionals. We specialize in all aspects of the building, development, consulting and construction industry. The company was founded by Donald Munger in 1990 and has thrived and grown to its current size. In 2002, it was merged with the Orione Group and moved its offices to Arlington, Massachusetts. In 2005 Berkshire Search merged with The Shupack and Michaels Group based out of East Northport, New York. Our clients range from some of the nations largest engineering, consulting, construction and production companies in the United States to small family owned businesses.
Berkshire Search and Consulting, Inc. currently staffs four full time recruiters with over 40 years of recruitment experience combined, as well as a number of part-time or specialty recruiters. We are also members of one of the nations largest networking organizations, the Inter-City Personnel Association or IPA. IPA is a network of more than 300 recruiters around the country with access to positions with top employers.
