CMAA has helped my 9 year old son improve in many ways. His grades in school are better (all A's), his confidence has doubled, and now he knows how to successfully defend himself. All of the black belts work so well with him.

I went to the 'Mu Do' Seminar in April that this school hosted & I learned so much about practical self defense. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn how to succesfully defend themselves against an attacker. FIVE STARZ :)
