Since 1985 the Beirut Times newspaper has been the major source of news and advertising and has served the informational and social press needs unique to the Lebanese and the Arab Americans. It provides a forum by which their voices can be heard with an internationally expanding circulation. The Beirut Times is an important source of unity to the widely dispersed Arab American community.
The Beirut Times staff is concerned and knowledgeable about the facts and images wanted by its readers. English and Arabic language sections focus on issues and events of their primary interests. Informative articles by guest and staff writers who are distinguished authorities in their professions stimulate a sense of community pride.
