The business is run by Peter who has been a keen camper all of his life. He is a qualified Gemmologist and likes fossicking and fishing. Peter’s travels in search of gemstones have taken him to much of Queensland, Northern NSW and The Northern territory and, as well he has fished a great deal of the Queensland and NSW coast including beach, estuary, freshwater and offshore. He is well known as being always ready for a chat and has a host of stories to tell. He has a keen interest in bush poetry and has had one of his poems published in the annual Bronze Swagman publication.
The Assistant Manager is Christine Jowett, also a keen camper, is married and the mother of two young boys. She has a wealth of knowledge about camping and camping sites in Sth East Queensland especially when it comes to camping with small children.
