In 2005, BEA celebrates its 50th anniversary. The BEA has been responding to broadcast education since 1955 and we celebrate this major milestone in our history. The links below contain information on our history.
1. The Broadcast Education Association (BEA) was established in 1955. It was initially established as the Association for Professional Broadcast Education. The current name was adopted in 1973.
