Bruce Dell has been in practice since graduating from Otago University in 1972. Bruce commenced practice in Palmerston North in 1972 with the firm of Jacobs Florentine & Partners, and in 1981 went into practice on his own account in Palmerston North and built up a very successful firm there. Bruce sought a change in lifestyle and moved to Auckland in 1986 and by 1988 had his own firm which is now called Bruce Dell Law, having previously been the firm of Peak Rogers Hough & Partners. Bruce's main interests are Matrimonial and Family Law and basic "problem solving". Bruce has his own style and it is accepted that he is a "straight talker" who gets things done and he prides himself that his many clients remain with the firm because they receive prompt and efficient service at a reasonable cost. Bruce acts for many TV and sporting celebrities and is on the Advisory Board of Nutra-Life Health & Fitness NZ Limited, a reputable and well-known health and sports nutrition company. Bruce has a strong interest in sport and has competed competitively at the highest level in several sports. Bruce's main sporting activity now is regular gym, diving and fishing. Bruce has a philosophy that by keeping fit, he can work more productively and efficiently.
Diana Jenkin is a Senior Associate of Bruce Dell Law graduating from Otago University in 1989. Diana practises in commercial and property law. She specialises in all types of commercial, contract, property law, trusts, wills and estates. As a commercial/property solicitor Diana has been practising with our firm for over twelve years and prior to that practised in a central Auckland firm.
In addition to her law work, Diana has four young children who partake in jazz dance, rugby, cricket, tennis and other sporting and musical areas. She and her family visit the Coromandel on a regular basis and enjoy fishing and boating and other water activities. Diana also returns to the South Island each year to enjoy skiing and the outdoor life with her family.
