BDB Data Bureau is a computer – processing Bureau jointly owned by two leading banks, ABSA BANK Ltd & NEDCOR Ltd. BDB has been in operation since 1977 in the field of Electronic Fund Transfer Services and recently ventured into Human Resource Management, Data Capturing and Payroll Processing.
One of BDB’s objectives is to assist companies not able to utilize the Bankserv bank clearing bureau directly. As a bank bureau, BDB will process both Credit and Debit transactions such as Salaries, Wages, Bond repayments and Sundry Creditor Payments etc on your behalf by utilising our Electronic Link Initiated Transfer of Entries (ELITE) system, which clears funds to all banks, through the Bankserv clearing bureau.
