Homer L. Clark, Enrolled Tax Agent, is a shareholder and President of Bayou Express Tax Service, Inc. A native of Waco, Texas, Homer, is a graduate of Texas Southern University with a degree in accounting. Homer was associated with one of Houston's Largest Engineering and Construction firms for twenty- six years before establishing his own accounting and tax practice in 1993.
