Each massage therapist at Baysix, graduated from National Holistic Institute (Emeryville, CA 800.315.3552), a 720 hour training program covering massage technique, anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, pathology and emergency first aid.
All massage therapists at Baysix have been trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Sports Massage, Body Mechanics, Facilitated Stretching, Bodywork Strategy and Reflexology.
Each therapist has worked with Chiropractors and/or Physical Therapists for a minimum of two years to increase their understanding of injury recovery and hone their therapeutic massage skills.
