Bathurst Resources was formed for the purpose of identifying and acquiring projects in the resources sector which have the potential to substantially increase the value of the Company and in turn increase the value of its shares. This culminated in the acquisition of C&R Holding of Eastern Kentucky, LLC (“C&R”) on 8 September 2008. C&R has operating coal mining projects in Kentucky USA.
