- Yesterday I read an article ( and here ) about some developers that leave Google to work with Microsoft.I think jumping from one company to another one doesn't change so many thing at least in professional level ( I'm not talking someone to have enough experience ), because everywhere Boss is boss ( as definition that we all know ), project Manager is project manager ( even with different names ( like scrum master, team leader or whatever ) and all of them are human, with limited understanding, selfishness, limited time to check everything , sometimes laziness.anyway if you think you are good enough to work in better place I'm telling you the best place to work is your own company, but as you might know that's not so easy too.
