M. Dawes Cooke, Jr. and B.C. Killough recently attended the 76th Judicial Conference of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Attendance at the conference is at the invitation of the Court. The conference includes all circuit, district and bankruptcy judges, as well as all full-time magistrate judges in active service in the Fourth Circuit, in addition to lawyer members and invited guests of the judiciary.
