- Bad Cat Studios formed in late 2004 as a way for the artists to combine their efforts in promoting and selling their wares. All 4 of the group members met in college and have been attending anime conventions since 2001. The first group appearance of Bad Cat Studios was in the Artist's Alley at Anime Central in May 2005.
