The Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) is the state’s preeminent professional association for public and private building principals, assistant principals and principal interns. Formed in 1972, the mission of the Association is to support principals and the principalship in the education of all students. AWSP now includes more than 3,500 members from elementary, middle and high schools statewide.
