Description
Avteq Consulting Services was formed in 1989 to help organizations implement and gain certification to the recently issued ISO 9001-3:1987 series standards.
As time passed it became apparent that clients wished to go beyond quality management systems and Avteq commenced to provide auditing services centred around economy, efficiency and effectiveness as a means to identify areas for potential improvement.
In 1992 BSI issued the first environmental management system standard and a year later Avteq began offering training and other services to clients wishing to implement BS 7750 either alone or in conjunction with the ISO 9000 series standards.
