Deborah Holmes has been selected as A.V.R.E.'s Melvin L. Rosendale Employee of the Year for 2009. Deb is employed as a Call Center switchboard operator at the Castle Point campus of the Veterans Administration's Hudson Valley Health Care System. Deb and her colleagues answer and process about 1500 calls per day, including monitoring the alarm systems within the hospital. Everything she does is done with a calm coolness and an efficiency that is enviable. Deb received her award at A.V.R.E.'
