They lure you in by notifying you that you have money waiting for you, but you must upgrade to collect it. Even if you upgrade your account you will NOT collect "Your" money.
They will NOT take Credit Cards because people cancel payment. The reason they cancel payment is because these guys are a Rippoff. I supposedly had $5,000 waiting on me, convinced a friend of mine to pay for my upgrade with the promise I would pay him back. It's been over a week and the payment has NOT been placed into my PayPal account yet and now they are not accepting phone calls or answering emails.
