Formed in 1985 by Bill and Denise Kramer, Kramer Consulting, Inc. provides Engineering and Scientific programming services to a variety of clients ranging from small to large organizations and institutions.

Party Developers supplying utility and application level programs to the AutoCAD user community. Bill Kramer was one of the initial teachers of the AutoLISP programming language and wrote a regular column in CADENCE magazine (from 1986 until it was purchased by CADALYST). Author of over a half dozen books about CAD/CAM, Bill currently writes the Hot Tip Harry column in CADALYST magazine.

In 1986 the company's first CAM product for AutoCAD was announced; NC-AUTO-CODE. This product propelled Kramer Consulting, Inc. into the CAD/CAM arena and has been a mainstay for the company with several thousand active installations. Partly due to the fame of the NC-AUTO-CODE product name, the firm started doing business as AUTO-CODE MECHANICAL in 1992 supplying a variety of AutoCAD software enhancements for mechanical engineering. All products that carry the AUTO-CODE name were authored in the USA by Bill Kramer, one of the most experienced AutoCAD applications programmers in the world.
