‘Assessment Practice’ focuses on providing HR metrics & assessment services working directly with clients or in collaboration with international test publishers & international assessment center technological centers, and the Center For Creative Leadership, USA (for 360 degrees instruments).
‘Learning, Training & Development, Coaching Practice’ focuses on providing learning, training & developmental services either working directly with clients or through adjunct consultants or/and on behalf of local & international providers/conference Organizers. Uses coaching models from the East (REN Coaching Model, China) & the West (ICF, Coachville, EMCC, CCL and others).
