The Association of Users of Research Agencies (AURA) was founded in the 1960s as a forum for the exchange of experience and points of view by a group of researchers in organisations commissioning market research. In the new millennium - with changing roles for clientside researchers, who are now being called on to manage insight and drive action - AURA is working to upweight its strategic intent and insight muscle without limiting ease and closeness.
