Mike Cashill and Alan Spaulding started @ Home Apartments in 1992 when they bought their first 14-unit apartment building on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul. This was the beginning of a new company, which today provides a wide array of rental housing in a number of different markets. Currently, @ Home Apartments owns and manages 3,500 apartment units in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area, Saint Cloud, and Kansas City, Kansas.
