ASF assists the poor through capacity-building interventions for individuals and organizations and by contributing technical and financial assistance for the implementation of the following types of projects and programs: basic health care, educational assistance, day care, adult education, livelihood skills training. ASF works in the Philippine provinces of Batangas, Aurora, Bulacan, Cagayan, Masbate, Bicol-Catanduanes and selected areas in Metro Manila.
