The company is located in Martinsville, Virginia, U.S.A., and operates from a modern 146,000 square foot (13,564 m²) corporate office and manufacturing plant. The manufacturing process incorporates the latest technology, manufacturing techniques, machinery and methods used in the industry. Every phase of manufacturing is closely controlled under ideal conditions. Every home is manufactured to exacting standards using high quality building materials and components.

The company has a production capacity of 2,400 housing units annually on a single shift basis. The installation of a second shift production line could increase the production to approximately 3,000 units, depending upon the size and complexity of the housing units.
