ABOUT ARMELINO PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC. Armelino Physical Therapy, Inc. was founded in 2/99. We are a Private Orthopedic Physical Therapy practice currently located in Lakewood, CO. Our emphasis in care is to provide consistent individualized care that far exceeds the standard of care in the industry. Our philosophy incorporates specialized service and training. We are personally vested in the patient’s well-being. We are committed to providing “Customized Care to meet our patient’s individual needs” with consistency, continuity, and skilled care each visit.

What makes Armelino PT, Inc. different from most other PT clinics is:

·The high level of Orthopedic Physical Therapy (Ray is a COMT, Certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapist of the Spine).

·Our patient’s spend significantly more time working directly with the Physical Therapist in our clinic. Their treatment includes a blend of Manual Therapy, modalities and exercise training. The patient receives the unique blend of highly skilled and professionally delivered care that is customized for their rehabilitation.

·We place a high degree of emphasis on having patients participate in their therapy so that they can continue healing outside of the clinic (at home, for instance, in their daily activities). Specialized and individualized exercise programs are a large part of the patient’s program.

·Therapist training includes, but is not limited to: Manual Therapy – Joint Mobilization / Manipulation, Soft Tissue Mobilization / Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Exercise, T’ai Chi (pronounced “tie chee”) Rehab, Relaxation training, Yoga, Meditation training and stress Management, Craniosacral Therapy, Fitness Program development and modification, Balance Training, Fall Prevention, Chronic pain management.

·Ray Armelino has over 20 years experience teaching T’ai Chi. In rehab environments he has worked with populations inflicted with Orthopedic and Neurologic conditions such as Arthritis, balance disorders, chronic pain, low back pain, stroke rehab, hypertension and anxiety attacks, sports injuries and general deconditioning.

·The clinic is actively involved in following current PT trends and medical research as well as advances of the profession.

·Extensive clinical education. To date, Ray Armelino, PT, COMT has taken over 50 post graduate clinical education courses.
