- ARC Technologies was founded through the acquisition of a Company named Machine Designs. The primary focus at the time was manufacturing rotational casting machines. The technology for the design of our machines was vastly improved following the merger, which made them more reliable, more versatile and much, much safer. This was necessary to obtain liability coverage and to shift our initiative from frequently servicing machines to simply making them better and more user-friendly so they did not have to be serviced as often. This transition moved the company in to a new niche in the marketplace and priced the machines beyond the budgets of our Customers. A Major decision was made to shift our focus from making rotational casting machines to making rotationally casted products. Several new products were developed, molds were made and production began….. Our goal is to develop products that make life better. We have columns (mailbox, entrance, and fence post columns) that look like real stone, yet are much safer if involved in a vehicle impact. Plus, they are very easy to install. One of our dining table bases is as unique as it is sexy. We have incorporated techniques in the finishing process of this table that give our Customers a wide range to choose from. We also have several new products currently in the Research & Development stage of production that should make a splash soon. We’ll keep you posted.
