a few hours after I changed the air filter and cleaned up some of the dust in the air ducts of my apartment (Sumter Square, managed by Drucker and Falk). The mass under my chin is a massive infection. I had inhaled a good bit of dust while I was cleaning up the air ducts. Although I didn't know it at the time, the dust was full of raw sewage that had gotten into the air ducts and dried.
