Apex Construction Services, LLC was formed in March of 1999 by Gene Ritz and Greg Brock. Both Gene and Greg bring many years experience in the Construction Industry enabling Apex to offer a diverse line of Construction Services including Design-Build expertise, Construction Management Services, General Contracting as well as Build-to-Suit opportunities. Greg and Gene began their careers as laborers working in and becoming aware of the construction industry.
