- AnimeUpload started at 1st May 2006, since then we only started the BETA version to see how the project will keep going. After a few weeks we managed to get thousands of new members. Our website was made for anime downloaders, to make anime episodes fast and easy to find. AnimeUpload was then the solution to bring the best anime series online for people that are downloading from free file services (rapidshare, megaupload). Almost all links are submitted by members and guests and our community grows everyday.
Though with time the community has been completley gone as the webmaster hitchams abuses the community. After months of the site never being updated and many complaints from other sites of link stealing, AnimeUpload shuts its forums down. It then reopened on the 15th January 2007. This 'reopening' was in fact AnimeUpload that copied every page on Da Anime.org.
Hitchams is know for having stolen hundreds of dollars from anime fans, making him one of the most hated webmasters out there.

Though AnimeUpload takes the links from other websites, thus it offers a huge amount of anime. It is a site that leaches of other sites. The Uploads are not their own and it is known that members rarely submit their uploads onto this site. The reviews are taken from other sites. The Streaming service leaches of other servers, mostly CrunchyRoll.com.
