Looking for Anglo Saxon Coins? Look no further. www.anglosaxoncoins.net offers a wide variety of coins ranging from early Saxon times to the early 17th century. The main bias of this site concentrates on early to late Saxon sceattas and pennies. The coins do not come cheap but neither are they overpriced. The coins are virtually all top quality with many extremely rare examples. The medieval section has some very nice examples at extremely reasonable prices. The Saxon penny section has very nice coins of Alfred the Great, Aethelstan and Edward the Elder at near or just below Spink book price. The Sceat section is well priced with both common sceats as well as harder to find examples. This site came recommended to me by Timothy Cook who is a well known and respected Anglo Saxon coin collector and has bought several coins from this dealer. I have bought 3 coins thus far and have been more than satisfied with the fast friendly service and the high quality of the coins. I will be back for more very soon. A highly recommended dealer and site.
