- New Sunrise, Inc. is a caused based corporation utilizing secured land and natural resources through land leases with qualified developers to transform eastern Nicaragua into a regional economic engine. Here is a map showing the centralized location of Nicaragua in Central America. Over the last two years the principals of New Sunrise have traveled to Nicaragua several times to meet with the local officials, members of the regional government and senior members of the central government located in Managua. During this time New Sunrise has acquired large amounts of property for use with qualified developers. All of this land has been done with the full support of the communities, the regional government and national governmental authorities.

The land is untapped, the indigenous people are willing to work and will work very hard. They are also very cautious. This is the reason it has taken two years to get the projects off the ground. The people have been taken advantage of in the past, sometimes by their own people. They are looking to New Sunrise to help them find and validate companies who are willing to invest in their region. They will need training and will be very grateful for those willing to make the investment.
