- The triptych 'Ruben's Dream' is my response to the Zen question, what is the sound of one hand clapping? It is the distillation of 25 years of inner journeying, a dipiction of a peace brokered between disparate elements of the human psyche, and, in the act of fitting thousands of recycled shards together, a putting back together of myself.
