- Andrew and Ashwell Chartered Surveyors is a privately formed partnership, originally formed in 1868 by Mr Arthur Andrew, who was an auctioneer selling bulbs and agricultural produce from Lincolnshire. The current partners are Alan Sawden and Jonathan Archer.
- Our business began in Horsefair Street, Leicester, moving just after the First World War to Waterloo Street until 1973, when the whole area was demolished to make way for Leicester's Inner Ring Road. Since then our offices have been at 53 London Road, just outside the Ring Road and virtually opposite the mainline railway station.
