We don't accept money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks at this time.
BACKORDERS
ORDERING PROCESS
We accept backorders while ordering procducts on our site. The normally delivery will be 2-3 weeks or sooner to arrive to your destination. Their might be some backorders which might take longer than 3 weeks where we will notify you if need to to cancel order or keep it open.
SHIPPING
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders is ship out by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail when placing orders per your selection method on our site.
CANADA SHIPPING
We don't accept Canada shipping at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We accept International shipping only on Angel Whispers Collections and Faerie Poppets Collections.
COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) SHIPPING
We don't accept or offer COD shipping at this time.
RETURNS (RMA)
DEFECTIVE DAMAGES
We hope you enjoy your items purchased from us and come back frequently to experience satisfaction guaranteed products. By any means, if you receive any product the day of delivery that is damaged. We will exchange the item upon these terms: 1) the item must be ship back to us within 15 business days of the delivery date; 2) attach a copy of the invoice or packing slip; and 3) attach a copy of the tracking delivery date and ship date. Upon these items received, we will ship the replacement item to you immediately free of charge.
NON-DEFECTIVE DAMAGES
Their is a incur charge of 25% restocking fee for all items return back to us or our warehouse if the merchandise is not damaged or defective. The items must be return back to us within 15 business days of the purchase date. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: 1) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. and 2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
AVOID RETURN PACKAGES
We will send you the tracking number upon receipt of yor order when the items shipped out from our warehouse. Please make sure you are giving us a correct and accurate ship to address to prevent a packaged return back to our warehose due to refusal or wrong address. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Please keep a track of your shipment when a tracking number is provided for your order.
