With over 30 years of combined experience in the appraisal industry, AMS was started in February 1997 by Scott Campbell and Louis Giangi. Both principals have certified residential licenses in Virginia; additionally, Scott is licensed in the District of Columbia, and Louis is licensed in Maryland. There are currently 8 staff appraisers and two administrative employees.
