- The establishment of an Isle of Man Company is regulated by the Isle of Man Companies Acts 1931-2004. Companies can have limited liability with share capital, limited by guarantee or unlimited liability. Generally a company with limited liability with share capital is the most suitable format for businesses. At AMS we would ensure that any company that we establish for our clients complies with all appropriate legislation and registration obligations with relevant government bodies. This would include obtaining name approval, drafting and submission of all appropriate incorporation documentation including the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
