- Notices were mailed to all eligible borrowers in July. In August, a second mailing of the same notice package was sent to eligible borrowers who had not yet filed a Release Form. The deadline to submit a Release Form is fast approaching: Release Forms must be postmarked by September 10, 2007. If you are eligible and you wish to receive a Restitution Payment, you must return your Release Form postmarked by September 10, 2007. Please contact the Ameriquest Multi-State Administrator immediately with any questions you may have about the Settlement, and/or review the information on this web site.
