- Since 1994 we have been teaching martial arts to the local communities. We network directly with local law enforcement and participate in community events. We feel that if we can educate the community about the different aspects of self defense they become less likely to become a victim. Over the past years we have promoted hundreds of students to black belt level. They have earned their black belt not just because of their physical accomplishments but because of their mental accomplishments as well. We offer classes that incorporate karate, kickboxing and jiu jitsu that allows us to defend ourselves from our feet, in close with the attacker, on the ground, from weapons and any situation that could occur in today's world. We have some of the most motivational instructors in the state. Our high energy classes make learning and working out fun. We put stress on the mental side of martial arts. Without the right attitude your aptitude can only carry you so far. Discipline, focus, control, concentration, integrity, coordination and confidence are just to name a few aspects that we teach on a daily basis.
