AmCare Ambulance Service was founded in 1989 to serve the communities of St. Albans City, St. Albans Town, Fairfield and Georgia in northwestern Vermont. We are the sole 9-1-1 ambulance service provider for our coverage area, and we provide back-up coverage to neighboring communities. With 4 Advanced Life Support ambulances and over 4,000 responses annually, we are the largest Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider in the area.
