"We appreciate the partnership between the San Jose Police Department and Alum Rock Counseling Center (ARCC) in working with youth that are beginning down the path towards the juvenile justice system. We rely on ARCC to help us mitigate the rate of youth going back into the juvenile justice system through their extensive mentoring, truancy, and counseling programs.
