We bought 2 cards (IT IS MANDATORY TO BUY $10) and they did not work. We called customer service 4 times from 10am to 10pm regarding the difference in minutes the cards presented. Well, the truth is that none of the cards really offer the same number of minutes advertised in their website. Alosmart.com says 49 minutes to Belarus, and the phone system only allowed for 37. On top of that, when we dialed the phone calls did not go through. So finally we decided to call them at night frustrated with this scam all day long. To my astonishment a "Turkish" man screamed at us, telling me "Fack Your Mother" when I demanded my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM ALOSMART.COM...!! THIS IS A SCAM AND An EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PHONE CARDS RETAILER
