italiano (Italian) Il Residence Maresol, con incantevole vista mare, è ubicato su una collinetta, in ottima posizione, poco distante dal centro di Vieste e dalla rinomata spiaggia del Pizzomunno. Di recente costruzione è interamente recintato, con parcheggi interni e si estende su una superficie di 10.000 mq circa. Il complesso è costituito da villette a piano terra e piano rialzato, con ingresso indipendente e giardino, dotate di tutti i confort, sono composte da una, due, oppure tre camere più soggiorno e servizi. Gli ospiti possono usufruire: del parcheggio, parco giochi, sala tv con videoteca, ristorante, ping pong, 2 solarium, barbecue, lavanderia. La strada libera dal traffico porta direttamente sulla spiaggia nel parcheggio riservato e all’ombra di un bellissimo ed attrezzato lido convenzionato. I costi sono i seguenti: 1 parcheggio all'ombra sulla spiaggia, 2 lettini, 1 ombrellone, euro 7,00 al giorno. Il ristorante con vista mare, si affaccia sulla splendida spiaggia del Castello, è molto carino, in stile etnico, ha solo 12 posti ed è riservato solo per i nostri ospiti. La specialità dello cheef, sono i piatti a base di pesce freschissimo, ma anche di ottima carne, il prezzo accessibile, una cena completa a lume di candela ha un costo di euro 30,00 a persona, incluso le bevande. La direzione è sempre a disposizione dei clienti che avranno un' ottima accoglienza con consigli utili, saranno forniti gli itinerari turistici, in modo che possiate trascorrere una Vacanza unica ed indimenticabile. Molta cura viene dedicata alla pulizia delle villette e dei viali interni ed esterni al residence.
The Maresol Residence, with its beautiful view on the sea, is located on a little hill, in a perfect position , near the center of Vieste and the famous beach of Pizzomunno. Recently built, our resort is totally fenced, and the gates are automatic with an internal parking that is extended on an area of 10.000 m2. The complex is composed of cottages in the ground and first floor , with indipendent entrances, in the middle of the green of the Mediterranean between the calm of the olives and the perfumes of the pins. The cottages, supplied with all kinds of comforts, are composed of one, two or three rooms plus a living room, the clients have also access to the parking, the playground, a TV room with a video library, restaurant, ping pong, 2 Solariums, grill, laundry. A road free of traffic leads directly to the beach where one can find a park in the shades and an equipped shore. Our customers have discounts for the beach facilities. The prices on the beach are: 1 park place near the beach + 2 beach beds + 1 big sun umbrella = 7 euros per daIn the Maresol Residence we have the "Carubbe" restaurant with a good sea sight, from where you can spot the splendid and very charming beach. With its ethnic style, in the restaurant there are only 12 sits, the specialities are all dishes related to very fresh fish and also excellent meat, the prices are very convenient and a complete dinner with candles light, costs only 30,00 euros per person including beverages. The management is always at the service of its customers, they will receive excellent reception and all the necessary advices for their staying, for example: the indications about the cheapest shops, the maps of Vieste, of Gargano, and of the beaches. The coast has several natural caves and more than 50 other beaches as well as many islands. Also all touristic information will be provided in order to make your holidays unique and unforgettable. Special care is also dedicated to the cleanliness inside the cottages and generally in all Maresol Residence.

The coast Vieste-Pugnochiuso-Baia delle Zagare is unique. A clear and light blue sea goes trough thousands of caves, bays and lovely little beaches. A rich vegetation made of centenarian trees goes from the hills to the cliffs dropping sheer to the sea where beautiful arches, rocks, reefs and small isles have been wonderfully sculpted by the sea itself. In these places you can choose both deserted or really well equipped beaches where you can find every comfort. Vieste’s history loses itself in the very ancient centuries and its origins is to be searched in the prehistoric period. It is possible to admire palaeolithic flint-stone’s quarries, places where were built roman houses, the castle built during the IX century and the medieval cathedral. The historical center of the village is full of typical restaurants and shops. The holiday in Vieste could be very different because of all the things you can chose to do. For example to go from the village to the “Umbra Forest” takes only 30 minutes, to go to the “Tremiti” isles just 1 hour; as well, the Padre Pio’s convent in San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant’Angelo, the oldest Christianity sanctuary, built during the V century are really near. Interesting could be also a visit to the paleochristian necropolis, and to the civic museum. Moreover, another absolutely beautiful tour is that of the visit by boat of all the caves that lie between the sea and the rocks for 40 km towards the Southern coast. Boats equipped for this leave two times a day also from the beach near our houses. The typical regional cooking is full of delicious ancient recipes both of fish and meat. The evenings are filled of lots of attractions as the cinema’s festival and the shows offered by the tourist office. Lots are the discos. It is also quite easy to meet international jet set’s vips. Our houses are plunged into a beautiful pine-wood two minutes far from the beach near the castle, in front of the sea where a gorgeous scenery is offered. The road, direct and without traffic, goes to the castle beach where there is an equipped beach and a shaded parking that our hosts can utilize at the fixed price that for an umbrella, a bed, a deck-chair and the shadowed parking for a car is: June & July € 7,00 - August € 12,00. Our houses, cool, comfortable, lovely furnished, provided with TV color, laundry and a little garden for the children, will welcome you to guarantee a calm and relaxing holiday.
