- Allison Hicks brings to her doula work over 20 years experience caring for families with infants. She has gone through DONA training. Allison brings to her work a broad background in fitness, nutrition and wellness. She has been instructing and specializes in prenatal water aerobics since 1998. She also brings skills in meal preparation, menu planning and household organization. Allison has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The University of Vermont. She has been practicing as a labor & post partum doula since 2001.
