After further communication with our contacts up north, it turns out that AAFES maybe sticking with their poor performing provider, Verizon, rather than do what is in the best interest of the community and ask for a Mulligan, aka a do over. I know I should not be surprised, but I really thought that there was some light at the end of the tunnel for all of us, from Misawa to Kadena.
