ALL ABOUT PRESENTATION is an event management company located in Richmond, VA. Some companies call it event planning, meeting planning, special event coordination, party planner, etc. We call ourselves an event management company because there is so much more involved than just "planning". We manage events from the beginning of the event to the end of the event. We plan, coordinate, design, develop, and manage on-site event services. Even though our event management company plans and coordinates in Richmond Virginia, we have clients located nationwide. Our event planners are also located in Richmond, VA but are willing to travel as your event requires.

Event Management is the core of our business. It is what we do. There are two divisions in our company and each is run as its own entity with a different event planner leading each division:
Social Event Planning We help people make their dreams come true by planning, designing, and coordinating special events. Our philosophy for social events is to create the best, most unique, celebrity style event and to be your lifelong party planning company. We can plan everything from mega-parties to afternoon tea parties. However, if you are looking for cookie-cutter events, then we are not the company for you. We believe that YOU are unique and your events should be also.
Business and Corporate Event Planning We create and manage events that market your business, increase revenue, and create lifelong client relationships.
Our Goal is simple: To make you and your company popular with your target audience using the best method with the greatest ROI…event marketing! Our philosophy for businesses is that popularity and revenue are joined together at the hip. As one rises, the other will rise also. There are a bunch of fancy names for this like market penetration or brand awareness, but we just call it something relatable…”popular”.
