Description
To put it simply, AllAboutCareers is a social careers information website aimed at students aged 16-24. The whole idea for launching this website stemmed from our own frustration with the careers advice that we found when we were trying to choose a career for ourselves.
AllAboutCareers is for everyone. This is not an elitist website aimed purely at graduates and university students. Sure, we do have tons of information about graduate schemes & jobs, internships and university life, but we also have loads of articles for people that choose not to take the university route.
You can find out about apprenticeships, further education courses and all kinds of jobs which you don’t need a degree for. Anyone and everyone is welcome!
There is also a busy student forum and for those students who are interested in finding out who they might be working for they can explore a long list of graduate employers or you can see a list of careers
The site also runs a number of national campaigns such as the Training Contract Deadlines 2012 campaign for aspiring lawyers.
The site is also running a campaign for Vacation Scheme Deadlines 2012.
Recently the website added a course finder with the entire UCAS database of undergraduate courses as well as post graduate courses.
