- The Company is in the business of gems and precious stones. After discovering promising mines in Tanzania and obtaining from the local Government a license for extraction and products exportation we are now about to start our international operations (planned for the beginning of 2004).
- AlfaGems is a non-profit company whose main purpose is to further the development of the standard of life of the local people, who live today in very poor conditions. We intend to reinvest the profit in other productive activities, with the objective to create a virtuous circle for self-development and "auto liberation (see our logo)" from poverty for the poor people in Africa.
