Darin graduated from The University of Victoria's English department. Since then he has taught grammar and writing to students of all ages, guided hundreds of authors through self-publishing at Trafford Publishing, and has now launched Aldridge Street Editing & Publishing Services. He operates out of a small brown house at the base of Mt. Tolmie in Victoria, British Columbia. Jean worked as an administrative assistant in government and the private sector for over thirty years.
